To All Respectful Registrants of the First Iranian International Cubesat Event (I2CE)
1- Anyone who is going to attend the event shall be registered on the website. Team leaders shall pay careful attention to this note and help their team members to register ASAP due to limited time for registration. Your registration shall be confirmed by the Event Office through sending a QR Code to your email which you should bring in the event day.
2- Anyone intended to present in the event day, regardless be accepted for presentation or not, is exempted from Registration Payment. All others whose registration is not confirmed yet due to Payment, have only 3 days left (till September 17th 2019) and after that, their registration can be assumed as Cancelled. If you are going to upload your presentation, you may send us a note in reply to this email. Having replied and not uploading the file, unfortunately, your registration will be assumed as cancelled and you will not be allowed to attend the event.
3- The event will be open to all Companies and Investors, but if you are going to present on behalf of your Company to present your products or capabilities, please check this with us to help you for better presentation.
4- Please consider the time and format on the website for presentation and take your time for improving the presentation, but make sure to upload your file before September 25th 2019.
5- Contact to Event Organizers just using this email and at any time of the week, any time of the day.
